This week’s high school math teacher busted for allegedly traumatizing three male students with a slew of sex is Erin Elizabeth McAuliffe.
McAuliffe, 25, taught — until just recently — at Rocky Mount Preparatory School, a public charter school in Rocky Mount, North Carolina.
Two of the male high schoolers who endured sex trauma with McAuliffe were 17 years old and the third one was 16 years old, according to police.
Local police arrested McAuliffe on May 5, based on an initial tip from school officials, reports the Rocky Mount Telegram.
Investigators say they talked with several students and teachers over an unspecified period of time before arresting the 25-year-old teacher.
All the alleged sex occurred off campus, detectives said.
Rocky Mount Prep officials had removed McAuliffe from the classroom on May 4. They officially sacked her on May 8.
“We have fully cooperated with police on this matter and she is no longer an employee of the school,” Todd Pipkin, the school principal, told the Telegram.
McAuliffe posted a $20,000 bond after her arrest.
